1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ck444net ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the ck444net website, mobile-browser application, and any related services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and account management features.

By completing registration on ck444net, making any deposit in BDT, placing any bet, or accessing any game, you confirm unconditionally that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand and accept each provision, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting support at support@ck444net.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing ck444net from Bangladesh, including players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on ck444net, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ck444net strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 18. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies universally to all players regardless of any other factor.
• You are registering solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of any other person, business entity, or third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ck444net or had a prior account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.

• You are acting as a private individual and not in any professional gambling capacity.

Account Registration Requirements

Each player may register one (1) account only on ck444net. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or via different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ck444net reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

You must keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

KYC Verification

Before ck444net processes any real-money withdrawal, and at any time the platform deems identity verification necessary, you will be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Accepted documents include:

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request will result in suspension of withdrawal rights until compliance is achieved. ck444net reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation for any account at any time and for any reason consistent with its anti-money-laundering obligations.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and BDT Transactions

All financial transactions on ck444net are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no foreign currency conversions, no hidden exchange rate spreads, and no international transfer fees applied by the platform. The amount you deposit in BDT is the amount credited to your playable balance.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via all supported payment methods.
• Supported channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank.
• Processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 working hours during Bangladesh banking hours (09:00–17:00 BST, Sunday–Thursday).
• Players must use a payment method registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus any applicable transfer fees.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 via all supported payment methods.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 2 hours of submission. Funds are dispatched to your bKash, Nagad, or bank account within 4–24 hours following approval, subject to KYC verification status.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified method on the account. This is an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement.
• ck444net reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

ck444net offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season specials) to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is granted. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying wagers before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire within 30 calendar days of being credited to your account unless a different period is specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots and crash games typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%). Sports betting contributions vary by odds and market type. • Maximum bet while bonus is active: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain unfulfilled, the maximum single bet or wager is ৳2,000. Bets placed above this threshold while a bonus is active may be voided and the bonus forfeited at the discretion of ck444net.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held on an account simultaneously. Players must clear or forfeit an active bonus before a new promotional offer can be applied.
• Abuse prevention: ck444net reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, multi-accounting to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses, or coordinated bonus exploitation across a network of accounts.

ck444net reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time with or without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus at the time of modification will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of acceptance.

5. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All casino games available on ck444net — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, slots from Microgaming, NetEnt, and Pragmatic Play, and crash games from Spribe — are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective provider. By playing any game on ck444net, you agree to be bound by the rules of that game as determined by the software provider.

Sports Betting

Sports betting on ck444net covers markets including BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, football, kabaddi, and other international events. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed for more than 48 hours, or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.
• The minimum sports bet is ৳50. The maximum bet per event is subject to the limits displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and player account tier.
• ck444net reserves the right to void any bet that was placed and accepted due to a manifest pricing error, system malfunction, or data feed error from the statistics provider. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account.

Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or in-play sports bet, ck444net's systems will attempt to complete the game round or bet in accordance with the game provider's disconnection protocol. Where a round cannot be completed, the staked amount will be returned to your balance. ck444net is not responsible for disconnections caused by the player's device, mobile network (including Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or any other provider), or internet service provider.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on ck444net and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances pending investigation:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on ck444net, regardless of the name, device, or payment method used.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets, exploit game outcomes, or interact with the platform without genuine human participation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any bank after funds have been credited to and used on your ck444net account. Chargeback fraud is treated as theft and will be reported to the relevant payment provider and authorities.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players, dealer agents, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, low-risk wagering patterns, or coordinated exploitation as described in Section 4.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, using another person's identity documents, or misrepresenting your age.
• Money laundering: Using ck444net to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from any illegal activity. ck444net is required to report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

ck444net is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh who are 18 years of age or older. The platform offers a range of responsible gaming tools that all players are encouraged to use proactively to manage their gaming activity.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit limits via their account settings or by contacting support. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Players can configure session time alerts that notify them after a defined period of continuous gameplay, encouraging breaks and mindful gaming habits.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck444net shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of BDT funds due to errors, system failures, or interruptions caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) or telecommunications networks.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from platform outages, maintenance windows, or force majeure events.
• Any technical malfunction in casino game software provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, or any other third-party provider.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by Bangladesh banking system outages, national public holidays, or payment gateway maintenance periods.

ck444net makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, ck444net's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent required by applicable law. In all other cases, ck444net's maximum aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

9. Amendments to These Terms

ck444net reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date displayed at the top of the document. For significant changes, ck444net may additionally notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of ck444net after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. ck444net recommends reviewing the Terms & Conditions at least once every 90 days, or whenever you receive a notification of changes.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. Players who registered prior to this date and who have continued to use the platform have accepted these updated Terms by virtue of their continued activity on ck444net.
